Ninja classes for ages 3-18 years
Our ninja classes teach students how to use their body to navigate through obstacles in their environment. Students will learn to safely jump, land, climb and crawl in order to move efficiently and creatively through their surroundings, and blends both obstacle-based skills and free movement techniques. As students progress throughout the year, they’re given the opportunity to compete in a ninja competition in both the fall and spring!
Ninja training focuses on obstacle courses with specific elements like warped walls, bar laches, and rope swings. It’s structured and designed to develop strength, agility, and grip endurance—inspired by American Ninja Warrior.
In addition to obstacle-based challenges, ninja training also emphasizes fluid and dynamic movement, teaching students how to traverse their environment with speed and creativity. It involves vaulting, climbing, and seamless transitions between movements, prioritizing momentum and adaptability rather than rigid course structures.
Athletes can be assessed for move ups by their coach in class or by scheduled evaluation. If you are registering for an Intermediate or Advanced class, approval by one of these methods is required. Evaluations can be scheduled at the front desk!
