WINTER CHAMP CAMP

Ages 3-10yrs

One and two day camps available!

Register your child through our parent portal on iclass to beat the winter chill and come to Champions! Campers rotate through six exciting, open gym style stations throughout the day, including ones based on gymnastics, tumbling, team building games, and MORE! Kids will get concentrated time with their favorite coaches in an environment full of high-fives, creativity, and adventure!

Winter Ninja Camp

Ages 6-10yrs

One and two day camps available!

Ninja camp has all the fun of Champ Camp, but specifically tailored to your ninja athlete! Running in tandem with Champ Camp, campers will rotate through six open gym style stations based on gymnastics, team building, and ninja skills. They will not only get time with their favorite coaches, but they can practice all their moves while building friendships at camp!

Crew Camp

Ages 11-13yrs

Too old for Champ Camp? No worries!

Crew camp gives kids ages 11-14 the opportunity to learn leadership and responsibility by training alongside our own experienced coaches over the summer! Crew will receive a “Crew Camper” shirt on the first day of camp and will be partially reimbursed for their hard work at the end of the camp.

Reimbursement at the end of camp is based solely on the crew member’s performance evaluation. Evaluations will be completed by camp coaches and approved by the director at the end of the camp.

Crew Camp fees are due upon the time of enrollment. Please refer to your parent portal for updated financial information to register.

Extended Day Camps

Ages 5+

Keep the fun of camp going with our extended day camps! Found on iclass as “Winter Camp Open Gym,” the campers will get free time in different areas of the gym after Champ and Ninja Camp end, in addition to special games and activities not included in their regular camp time. Extended Day Camps must be registered separate from their original camp registration and are per day, so be sure to select and register for the ones you want!

General Camp FAQs

Snack, lunch, and water bottle

Please pack an easy to open snack, lunch, and water bottle for all campers. Snacks and lunches should not requirere refrigeration or use of a microwave. Please label all items with campers first name and last initial. It’s helpful if snack and lunch are packed separately so campers don’t eat all their lunch at snack!

Campers must not bring anything containing gum or any tree nut or peanut products. If you send sunbutter, please attach a note in the lunch clearly stating that it is “made with sun butter.” Thank you for keeping pur facility a nut free zone for our athletes!

What to wear

Campers should wear athletic clothing that is easy to move around in. Shoes should easily slide on and off such as sandals or Crocs. Be sure that they are snug and will not slide off. T-shirts and leotards are both permitted for all campers. It is recommended that every camper has socks on or packed in their bag so they can jump on our trampolines without the use of a blue mat cover.

Pick up and drop off

For your convenience, and for campers’ safety, each camp group will be assigned a drop-off and pick-up location. Look for the colored balloons and cones to ensure you’re at the correct door. There are five doors for pick-up and drop-off. After you have registered your camper, you will receive an email with camp information that includes what group your child is in that week, and what door to go to! The door you drop-off will be the same door you pick-up.

Coaches will check in your camper upon arrival at their assigned door. After being checked in, a crew camp member will guide your camper to their designated cubbies and get them a wristband with their name and group color. All camp activities start right away! As soon as their items are tucked away and their wristband is on, they will proceed to their first station of the day, so please arrive promptly so they don’t miss any of the fun! Doors will open one minute before camp start time, and close 5 minutes after the camp start time. Late arrivals may enter through the front main doors.

At pick-up, groups will head to their home base to grab their belongings and doors will open promptly at 1:00PM. Adults will meet your camper at their designated door to sign them out. If you need to pick you camper up early, enter at the front desk using the main entrance earlier than 10min prior to the end of camp. Ex. If camp ends at 3pm, you may not pick up your child at 2:55pm from the front desk.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your camp enrollment, written notice must be submitted to Camp Accounts:

Cancellations made at least two weeks before the camp start date will receive a 75% credit of the deposit paid.
Cancellations made within two weeks of the camp start date, but before the final balance is processed (one week prior to the start), will forfeit the deposit only.
Cancellations made after the final balance is processed (one week before the start date) will result in forfeiture of the full camp tuition.

Please note that we may not be able to honor transfer requests made within two weeks of the camp start date due to staffing and group assignments.
