CHAMP CAMP

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 1:00pm

Offered all summer long, there’s a chance for kids of all ages to have fun! Register your child through our parent portal on iclass to enjoy your summer at Champions. Champ Campers rotate through seven exciting, open gym style stations throughout the day, including ones based on gymnastics, tumbling, team building games, and MORE! *Ninja and cheer specialty groups available for campers ages 6+ and Crew Camp available for campers ages 11+. Kids will get concentrated time with their favorite coaches in an environment full of high-fives, creativity, and adventure!

Pricing is determined by what camp you register for. Please refer to your parent portal upon registration for financial information, or reach out to a front desk staff member at frontdesk@championswestlake with any other questions.

Please be aware that all children attending camp must be fully potty trained, and camp coaches will not be able to help them in the bathroom. Pull ups and diapers are not permitted as an alternative to potty training. Please reach out to our front desk staff if you have any questions.

Important Info for Champ Camp!

Snack, lunch, and water bottle

Please pack an easy to open snack, lunch, and water bottle for all campers. Snacks and lunches should not require refrigeration or use of a microwave. Please label all items with campers first name and last initial. It’s helpful if snack and lunch are packed separately so campers don’t eat all their lunch at snack!

Campers must not bring anything containing gum or any tree nut or peanut products. If you send sunbutter, please attach a note in the lunch clearly stating that it is “made with sun butter.” Thank you for keeping per facility a nut free zone for our athletes!

What to wear

Campers should wear athletic clothing that is easy to move around in. Shoes should easily slide on and off such as sandals or Crocs. **Ninja camps require rubber soled sneakers to use the parkour room! Be sure that they are snug and will not slide off. T-shirts and leotards are both permitted for all campers. It is recommended that every camper has socks on or packed in their bag so they can jump on our trampolines without the use of a blue mat cover (applicable for Westlake location only, 1826 does not require socks).

Pick-up and drop-off

For your convenience, and for campers’ safety, each camp group will be assigned a drop-off and pick-up location. Look for the colored balloons and cones to ensure you’re at the correct door. There are five doors for pick-up and drop-off. After you have registered your camper, you will receive an email with camp information that includes what group your child is in that week, and what door to go to! The door you drop-off will be the same door you pick-up.

Coaches will check in your camper upon arrival at their assigned door. After being checked in, a crew camp member will guide your camper to their designated cubbies and get them a wristband with their name and group color. All camp activities start right away! As soon as their items are tucked away and their wristband is on, they will proceed to their first station of the day, so please arrive promptly so they don’t miss any of the fun! Doors will open at 8:59AM and close at 9:05AM. Late arrivals may enter through the front main doors.

At pick-up, groups will head to their home base to grab their belongings and doors will open promptly at 1:00PM. Adults will meet your camper at their designated door to sign them out. If you need to pick your camper up early, please do so before 12:50PM at the front desk using the main entrance.

NEW AS OF SUMMER 2025:
Parents and/or guardians will receive a QR code for pick up and drop off to be scanned by your camper’s coach each day to ensure your campers safety, as well as a smooth drop off and pick up!

Stations and pep rally

Champ Campers rotate through seven exciting, open gym style stations throughout the day, including ones based on gymnastics, tumbling, team building games, and MORE! Each station will have themed games, activities, and challenges for campers to play and enjoy. **Ninja camp includes the parkour room and parkour basics, and the cheer camp includes stunting and other cheer-themed activities throughout the day.

Please join us on Friday for our pep rally! The pep rally is held the last 30min of camp, and adults can arrive as early as 12:15PM at the Westlake to begin populating the mezzanine to watch, and can arrive at 12:25PM at 1826 to populate the viewing area. Campers will get a chance to show off their team spirit, awards will be announced, and campers will be released through their designated doors at 1:00PM.

Champ Camp Financial Information and Policies

Enrollment and Payment

Due upon enrollment: $100 deposit & summer enrollment fee, if applicable. Note: Enrollment fees are seasonal and are only due in the summer if your child did not participate in the regular season.

The entire remaining balance will be run one week before the first day of the camp. Tuition is due in full at the time of enrollment for requests made within 1 week of the beginning of camp.

If we are unable to process the final balance payment, you will be notified by phone and/or email. We will hold your enrollment for 48 hours without final payment before releasing the spot.

Tuition is non-refundable & non-transferrable to other programs outside of Camp within Champions 1826 or Westlake.

An additional $10 fee will be assessed for online registrations or walk-ins that occur less than 24 hours in advance of camp start (after 9am Sunday).

Makeups/refunds are not offered for missed camp days.

Requests to Transfer Camp Sessions

Requests to transfer camp sessions made more than two weeks prior to the first day of the camp have no financial penalty.

Requests to transfer camp sessions within two weeks of the first day of camp will incur a $35 transfer fee.

Requests to transfer camp dates within 24 hours of the start of the camp will incur a $35 transfer fee plus the cost of the first day of Camp- $45.

All transfers are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your camp enrollment, written notice must be submitted to Camp Accounts:

Cancellations made at least two weeks before the camp start date will receive a 75% credit of the deposit paid.
Cancellations made within two weeks of the camp start date, but before the final balance is processed (one week prior to the start), will forfeit the deposit only.
Cancellations made after the final balance is processed (one week before the start date) will result in forfeiture of the full camp tuition.

Please note that we may not be able to honor transfer requests made within two weeks of the camp start date due to staffing and group assignments.

CREW CAMP

Monday 8:00am – 1:30pm Tuesday-Friday 8:30am – 1:30pm

Too old for Champ Camp? No worries!

Crew camp gives kids ages 11-13 the opportunity to learn leadership and responsibility by training alongside our own experienced Champ Camp coaches over the summer! Crew will receive a “Crew Camper” shirt on the first day of camp and will be partially reimbursed for their hard work at the end of the week.

Reimbursement at the end of the week is based solely on the crew member’s performance evaluation. Evaluations will be completed by camp coaches and approved by the director at the end of the week.

Crew Camp fees are due upon the time of enrollment. Please refer to your parent portal for updated financial information to register.

As a member of Crew Camp you will gain valuable training in leadership development, positive communications, build lifelong friendships, and have the opportunity to enjoy a fun working environment! The rubric is designed in the following manner : There are 7 categories that each crew member is evaluated on at the end of the week. Each category has a score of 1-5 earning a possible total point value of 35 points. Scores fall into different reimbursement categories:

7-19 points = $12 a day
20-26 points = $16 day
27-34 points = $20 a day
35 points = $24 a day

The dollar amount is then multiplied by the amount of days that crew member worked for that week. They will get their reimbursement amount on the last day of camp for that week. Ready to join our incredible Crew?
