Champions Westlake Gymnastics & Cheer is looking for a thorough Maintenance & Facilities Technician to undertake responsibilities to preserve the good condition and functionality of our premises. This individual will perform janitorial and maintenance tasks of great variety such as cleaning the gym, painting, carpentry, maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, etc.), maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality, etc. Must have be dependable, proactive, and attention to detail.

The goal is to maintain the building to ensure it is kept in the best possible condition.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Proven experience as maintenance technician
2. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing and other systems
3. Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
4. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
5. Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
6. Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
7. High school diploma or equivalent
8. Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus
9. Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired, but not required

This is considered a full-time position with approximately 36 to 40 hours a week as follows:

Monday thru Wednesday – 7:00am to 4:00pm

Thursday – 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Friday – Off

Saturday – 7:00pm to 10:00pm

Sunday – Off

Champions Westlake is expanding our our Parkour program and looking for a part-time Coach who is fun, enthusiastic, innovative, and responsible Parkour coach for our recreational program. Applicants should be experienced in coaching beginner to intermediate Parkour and have a passion for working with children.
