Come enjoy our Open Gym in your spare time! Just bring your energy and you get to work on refining and mastering those skills you’ve already learned. While there’s no direct instruction or spotting during open training, staff will be on hand in a supervisory role so the occasional high five is never out of reach.

Observation:

• Parents, siblings and caregivers may watch from the mezzanine viewing area; however, they are not permitted in the workout areas with open gym participants.
